Services not offered
At launch, Peritelos does not offer, and Experts may not offer through the platform: (a) attest or audit services (for example financial statement audits, reviews or other attestation engagements by CPAs); (b) legal services or legal representation; or (c) personalized investment advice by anyone who is not appropriately registered or licensed as an investment adviser (or exempt). Each Expert is solely responsible for holding and maintaining any license, registration or certification their services require.
Terms of Service
All users (clients & experts)
Peritelos is a marketplace and venue, not a consulting, law, accounting or investment advisory firm. Experts are independent contractors. Payments are processed by Stripe; Peritelos is not an escrow agent or a bank.
