1. Information we collect

Information you give us: intake and expert sign-up form data (name, email, company, project details, profile, credentials, insurance details), messages and files in the workspace. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card or bank numbers.

2. Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects aggregate page-view data. Once enabled, we also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling and anonymized session replays); Clarity uses cookies and loads only after you accept analytics in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. The site also stores your preferences and demo data in your browser's local storage.

3. How we use it

To respond to requests, review Expert applications and verify credentials, run engagements, enable payment processing, enforce our Terms (including non-circumvention), resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and improve the site.

4. Sharing

With the other party to an engagement; with service providers acting for us (such as Netlify for hosting and forms, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare and Microsoft for analytics, and verification providers); with professional advisers; and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

We keep engagement records for [RETENTION PERIOD] for legal, tax and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your rights and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and close your account, at https://peritelosadvisory.com/delete-account or by emailing [privacy@peritelosadvisory.com]. We will confirm your request and respond within [RESPONSE PERIOD, e.g. 30 days], subject to records we must keep by law. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights.

7. Security

8. Children

The platform is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

9. This prototype

The current website is a demonstration. Intake requests and expert applications are sent to the Peritelos team through Netlify Forms; other demo data stays in your own browser.
